Biography
Before joining Carmoney Law Firm in 2026, he practiced for 12 years at the law
firm of Betty, Neuman & McMahon in Davenport, Iowa. Throughout his legal
career his practice has focused on the areas of insurance defense, general liability
defense, and workers’ compensation defense. He has wide experience in many
different legal areas, including personal injury, employment discrimination,
insurance bad faith, uninsured/underinsured motorist, construction defect,
premises liability, and contract/commercial disputes.
He is licensed to practice in the Iowa and Illinois state courts, Northern and
Southern District of Iowa federal courts, Central District of Illinois federal court,
and 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. His professional memberships include the Iowa
State Bar Association, Scott County Bar Association, Rock Island County Bar
Association, Iowa Defense Counsel Association and Illinois Defense Counsel
Association.
Brandon resides in the Quad Cities with his wife, Jenna, and their two boys.
