Biography

Danielle Holmes is an associate at Carmoney Law Firm with a diverse and well-rounded academic and professional background. She graduated from Iowa State University, earning a double degree—a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Sociology with a minor in Computer Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Danielle then went on to pursue her law degree at Drake University Law School, where she served as a Research Editor for Drake Law Review and was an active member of a competitive moot court team.

Prior to joining Carmoney Law Firm, Danielle honed her legal expertise through a two-year judicial clerkship at the Iowa Court of Appeals, gaining invaluable insight into appellate law and legal writing.

Danielle’s practice covers a broad spectrum of civil litigation, including personal injury cases, uninsured and underinsured motor vehicle claims, and more. Her diverse background in both legal and academic disciplines enables her to approach cases with a unique and comprehensive perspective. Danielle also handles insurance fraud investigations, which entails conducting examinations under oaths, analyzing all available claim information, and providing thorough coverage recommendations.
