SHANE M. SALWASSER

Shane Salwasser joined Carmoney Law Firm in August of 2023.  Shane obtained his J.D. from Drake University Law School, and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.  During law school, Shane served as a legal intern with the Dallas County Attorney’s Office in Adel, Iowa, and he competed on several trial advocacy competition teams around the country, including the ABA Arbitration Competition and the Texas Young Lawyers Association Mock Trial Competition.  

Shane’s current litigation practice encompasses a wide variety of civil litigation topics ranging from personal injury cases, uninsured and underinsured motor vehicle claims, and construction defect claims.  

Shane is licensed to practice law in the State of Iowa.
