KOLBY M. WHISNER
Kolby Whisner has been an associate attorney with Carmoney Law Firm since the Fall of 2023. His insurance defense practice encompasses a wide variety of civil litigation topics, including personal injury cases and uninsured/underinsured motor vehicle claims.
Kolby graduated cum laude from Central College in 2018 with a B.A. in history, and earned his J.D. with honors from Drake University Law School in 2023. While at Drake, he spent two years clerking for another insurance defense law firm in Des Moines, Iowa, where he gained valuable experience in the insurance defense field. Kolby also competed on the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition Team, where he gained oral argument and written argument experience.
Kolby is licensed to practice law in the State of Iowa, and the U.S. District Courts of the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa.
